How TechSmart UG handles information you share through this website.

What we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, send a message or book a consultation, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, organization and the information you provide about your project. We also store a one-way hashed form of your IP address to protect our forms from abuse.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, message or booking.
- To prepare for and follow up on consultations and proposals.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can access it
Only authorized TechSmart UG staff can access submissions, through a password-protected administration area. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting project, and delete them on request unless we must retain them for legal reasons.
Cookies
This website uses a single essential session cookie to keep forms secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
