Overview
Luwombo Restaurant POS is a restaurant point-of-sale system built by TechSmart UG. It follows an order from the table to the cashier, and ties sales to stock and revenue reports.
The challenge
Restaurants juggle open tables, running orders, menu changes and cash at the same time. With paper order slips it is easy to lose track of what a table has ordered, what has been paid and how much stock has been used.
Our approach
We designed around the service floor: tables and orders are the starting point, the cashier closes the loop, and stock and revenue reports come from the same records.

A restaurant-specific interface for menu, table and order management, cashier checkout with receipts, stock tracking and sales and revenue reporting.
