Overview
Crown Japan Katwe's online store is an e-commerce system built by TechSmart UG. It pairs a customer-facing storefront with an administration interface where the team manages the catalogue, stock, orders, promotions and customers.
The challenge
Selling online means more than a product page. A retailer needs its catalogue, stock levels, orders and promotions to stay consistent — otherwise customers order items that are out of stock and staff lose time reconciling orders manually.
Our approach
We designed the store and its administration side as one system: the same product and inventory data drives what customers see and what staff manage, so updates made in the back office are reflected in the storefront.
