Overview
Crown Japan POS is a point-of-sale and retail management system built by TechSmart UG for in-store selling. Cashiers record sales and issue receipts, while management sees inventory, sales reports and staff performance.
The challenge
When sales are recorded in books or loose spreadsheets, it is hard to know what stock remains, which products move, and how each staff member is performing — and commission calculations become a manual end-of-month exercise.
Our approach
We treated each sale as the source of truth: one transaction updates stock, feeds reports and is attributed to the staff member who made it.
